Walk from The Boat Inn at Thrupp near Kidlington

As the people who braved the snowy weather in April had such a good day (see past events photos), it has been decided to repeat the walk in (hopefully!) summer weather. For times and further details, click here.

At present, these are ‘on hold’ at the JR because of the impending move of ENT and Max Fax to the new Cancer Centre at The Churchill. However, we will let you know if this changes.

Mouth Cancer Walk 2008 20th September Hyde Park

Last year, Glenda Boulter, Ralph Goodson, Ray Derkacz completed the 10km walk in Hyde Park in October. We were blessed with the most beautiful ‘Indian Summer’ day, and, afterwards, sat by the Serpentine in our Mouth Cancer Foundation t-shirts. It was an inspiring event and we managed to win the 3rd prize in the group section for the amount of sponsorship raised. No one was more surprised than us! It would be great if Heads2gether could send a larger group this year. So far, there are about 6 or 7 people interested. To find out more and to register for the Mouth Cancer Walk click here.
